Start With a Short Request
Request Help
If you or someone you know may need help from Angels Share Foundation, begin here. This first step is intentionally short so our team can understand the situation, confirm the local connection, and decide the best next step before asking for a full application.
This page is for requests connected to Allen County or DeKalb County, Indiana. Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, or unrelated private records in this first request. This form is not for emergencies.
How the Request Process Works
1. Start the Request
Share basic contact information, the county connected to the request, the kind of help needed, and a short summary of what happened.
2. We Review
Our team looks at urgency, local connection, service or community-work background, and whether the need may fit our mission.
3. We Follow Up
If the request may be a fit, we may contact you for a conversation or invite you to complete the longer Step 2 application.
4. A Careful Decision
Completing this first request does not guarantee approval. If support is approved, assistance may be coordinated directly when possible.
